We are committed to delivering your Pokémon cards quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery
Orders under £30 are charged a flat shipping fee of £2.99. Orders of £30 or more qualify for FREE UK delivery.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. During busy periods, promotional events, or new set releases, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Daily Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (GMT / BST)
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at support@gocardsuk.co.uk so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Pre-Orders
Release Day Shipping
Pre-order items will be dispatched in time to arrive as close as possible to the official release date.
While we aim for delivery on release day, shipping carrier delays may occasionally result in delivery taking an additional 1–2 business days.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will normally be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.
If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information is included with all shipments and will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
